Thank you for taking the time to visit the website and book through the USSSA room block. If you do not see a tournament listed, it is because it is a smaller tournament, and we do not usually have a demand for hotels at these venues. If you need 10 or more rooms for one of these tournaments, please contact us at info@connusssareservations.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All tournaments will be located at the CT Sports Plex, 216 Foxon Road, North Branford
Some important things to remember when booking:
- DON'T DELAY IN BOOKING. At most tournaments 14 days prior to arrival we have to prepare for arrival (and many times) the group rate goes away. If you are within this time frame and the hotel is telling you this, email us and we will try to secure you the USSSA group rate.
- USSSA spends thousands of dollars holding the tournaments at the convention centers. Please support them so that they can continue the highest quality tournaments by booking within the USSSA block.
- If you must cancel your room, please provide the confirmation #, arrival date and last name. Please ask for a cancellation # or a confirmation email to ensure cancellation.
- If your preferred hotel is sold out - email us! Much of the time we can secure you a room at the group rate - or close to it. We have up to date information even up to arrival day.
